Mineral ore processing equipments

Mineral ore crushers are the important equipments in mineral processing, crusher can crush mineral ore to a suitable size which are adapt to the feeding size of grinding machines. In the mineral ore crushing process, raw ore will be sent to vibrating screen after primary crushing. The top products will be crushed again and then mixed with the middle products for together secondary crushing. The finished products are then screened out. After screening, the final products will be sent into ball mill ore Raymond mill for grinding. There can be secondary grinding according to products size.

As for ore crusher, customer can choose different types according to the types of the mineral hardness. The slurry fine enough passes through the trammel to primary hydrocyclone which uses centrifugal and gravitational forces to classify the rock particles according their size. It passes through the thickener to remove some of the water, and the moves into the leaching circuit.
