Iron ore processing equipments and flow design

Iron ore processing equipments are widely used in iron ore plant. As we all know, iron is an important resource, especially for steel enterprise. In order to get high purity iron, there always have crushing, grinding, beneficiation process to processing natural iron ore. In theory, ore that contains iron elements or iron compounds iron can be called iron ore. But, in industry or business, iron ore not only contain iron ingredients, but also have the use value. Iron ore processing equipments

General, iron ore processing plants are composed by vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separation machine, concentrating machine, dryer and other major equipments. But a complete iron ore crushing and dressing processing line also need equipped with feeding machine, hoist, conveyor belt and so on. The iron ore processing production line has the advantages of efficiency, low-power, productivity high, reasonable economy, etc.

Iron ore processing flow

First, vibrating feeder feed large size of iron rock or ore into crushing equipments for primary crushing, usually primary crushing is jaw crusher, which will process material to small size.

Second, rocks after crushed will be separated into different size by vibrating screen. Large size material will send back to jaw crusher or send to secondary crushing machines (cone crusher) for recrushing. Other iron ore granule( about 0.5mm to 5 mm) will come into next stage.

Third, vibrating feeder send iron ore into hopper and evenly distributed by vibration motor The capacity of output size can adjusted through the handwheel. Through control the speed of motor drive speed table, can control the output of magnetic separation machine and concentrate grade. After this stage, it can get the high grade iron ore grain.

Last, ball mill is important equipment in iron grinding and beneficiation, other grinding mill such as vertical mill or Raymond mill etc can also be used in iron ore powder making. Through the process of iron flotation or gravity separation, it can get the high purity iron.
