Iron ore processing flow

First, vibrating feeder feed large size of iron rock or ore into crushing equipments for primary crushing, usually primary crushing is jaw crusher, which will process material to small size.

Second, rocks after crushed will be separated into different size by vibrating screen. Large size material will send back to jaw crusher or send to secondary crushing machines (cone crusher) for recrushing. Other iron ore granule( about 0.5mm to 5 mm) will come into next stage.

Third, vibrating feeder send iron ore into hopper and evenly distributed by vibration motor The capacity of output size can adjusted through the handwheel. Through control the speed of motor drive speed table, can control the output of magnetic separation machine and concentrate grade. After this stage, it can get the high grade iron ore grain.

Last, ball mill is important equipment in iron grinding and beneficiation, other grinding mill such as vertical mill or Raymond mill etc can also be used in iron ore powder making. Through the process of iron flotation or gravity separation, it can get the high purity iron.
