Stone crushing is generally decided by several factors:

Granite, basalt, dolerite, river stone belongs to hard stone with high silicon content. Therefore, the design of hard stone crushing line, we recommend Vibrating feeder, jaw crusher as primary crushing, cone crusher as secondary crushing, and vibrating screens accompanied by other equipments such as belt conveyors, electric control panel and dust collector.

Vibrating feeder: It used to transfer a mass flow of stone from hopper to primary jaw crusher evenly, periodically and continuously.

Jaw Crusher: Jaw Crusher is ideally suitable as primary or secondary crushing which can meet most crushing requirement. Adjustable discharging opening of jaw crusher can allow perfect match with relative equipments in the next stage.

Cone Crusher: Cone Crusher can be widely used in medium crushing, fine crushing and super fine crushing field. After first crushing, the material will be fed into cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing.

Vibrating Screen: Screen can separate aggregates to different size. It is the most general means of size control in aggregates processing. The crushed stone by cone will be transported to vibrating screen for separating, and the other unqualified aggregates will be returned to cone crusher.

The whole crushing process forms a closed circuit for aggregates. Final products size can be achieved according to client’s requirement.
