The pure magnetite can be directly put into the furnace, but after all, there are more associated ore. For some magnetite with higher impurity content, simple crushing and screening, grinding magnetic separation are needed to produce concentrate, so the iron ore processing and production process mainly includes three processes of crushing, grinding and beneficiation.

The first stage: crushing and screening – three sections of closed circuit

The bulk iron ore is evenly fed into the jaw crusher or coarse crushing mobile station by the vibrating feeder through silo for coarse crushing; crushed iron ore is sieved by a vibrating sieve, then it is sent to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by the belt conveyor for medium crushing; and then sent to a Multi-split hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing;

Second stage: milling

The 0-12 mm iron powder sieved through the vibrating screen is uniformly fed into the mill for grinding, and is sieved by a spiral classifier, which doesn’t meet the requirements fed to the mill to continue grinding;

The third stage: magnetic separation

The iron powder meeting the beneficiation requirements is sent to the magnetic separator for strong magnetic separation to remove debris;

The fourth stage: drying

The iron powder can be obtained by feeding the obtained iron powder to the dryer for drying.
