This project is located in Batangas Philippines,which processes basalt.This customer has visited the company many times, and he was very interested in LIMING’ s  products.After knowing cunstomer’s requirement,we recommend three segments for customers. The first segment is first broken by Jaw crusher; the second segment is for materials larger than 50mm to break into the first CS cone crusher to break, and then enter the vibrating screen for sieving, and the material larger than 37.5mm enters the second cone crusher to break. Three pieces of broken, 0-6.25mm material into the sand washing machine to complete the finished product.The following is the configuration we desinged for customer  .
