Sand Washing Machine is known as sand washer or washing equipment, it is mainly used for construction industry, sand processing, building work site and concrete dam, various sands classifying and dewatering. In the process, it is used to remove dirty sundry from the sand or stone, then can get the clean material. Belt conveyor is a machine that transfer the material continuously in stone quarry or ore grinding plant. It can convey material from jaw crusher to cone crusher, or from impact crusher to vibrating screen, or send material to final product pile. Belt conveyors can be operated in the circumstance temperature range from -20℃ to +40℃. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyor should be lower than 50℃.  Belt conveyor that designed and manufactured by kefid company mainly meet the mining equipment in different circumstance, combined with different crushing , grinding and sieve devices so as to realize the continuity and the automation of the production and  improve the productivity and reduce labor intensity.

Features:

The belt conveyor moves according to the abrasion and transmission principle, and has the advantages of large transportation amount, long transportation distance, smooth delivery, no relative motion between material and the belt, low noise, simple structure, easy to maintain, low energy consumption and standardization of the parts.

Working Principle:

Belt conveyors mainly consist of the frame, the belt, belt roller, the tensioning device and the gear. The frame body is made of the high-quality steel plate joint, the frame plane inclines an angle due to the front and back supporting legs are not in a level. The frame is fixed with belt roller and carrier roller to drive and support the belt. There are two driven method, by the reducer or by the electric rollers and we can add a platform in accordance with the customer’s requirement for the easy maintenance.
