Sand making flow

Raw stones are first feed into jaw crusher via vibrating feeder for crushing, and then the elementary stones are transferred via the belt conveyor to the secondary crushing machine ( impact crusher or cone crusher ) for secondary crushing. After this, Kefid vibrating screen machines separates the small size stones into two kinds. The one suitable the standard of the VSI Crusher ( sand making crusher ) will be conveyed to the sand making machine and become final sand after being washed by the sand washing machine. The other one will return to the secondary crushing machine for recrushing.

Hard Material Ore Crushing Craft


Stone crushing is generally determined by several factors :

1,The type of raw materials (it is limestone or it is greater hardness of granite,basalt)

2,The hardness of materials( it is mainly the percent of silicon content and water content)

3,The size of the raw materials and the size of the final product

4,The processing capacity

Granite, basalt, river gravel or other hard materials with high silicon are all difficult to break and will result a high crushing cost in the actual operations. Generally speaking, basalt is a hard and rather tough material, granite is hard and frail while the river gravel is relatively lower hardness but the highest silicon content. Therefore, when considering crushing the hard materials like these, we must take full accounts of the production line investment cost and practical issues with the purpose of obtaining maximum benefit return on investment.

During actual operations, if the materials we want to process are limestone or other low hard materials, the jaw plate of jaw crusher wears and tears very lightly, so we can see the common phenomenon that a jaw plate can keep operating one year without any replacement. Not only the low hardness of the limestone but also the low silicon content. So the abrasion of wear spare parts is reduced greatly.

However, when raw material is basalt, granite or other hard material, the jaw plate, hammer, impact plate and other quick spare parts will wear and tear badly. At the time, if the configuration of production line is still according to conventional regulations that jaw crusher as the primary machine and impact crusher as secondary machine, the maintenance cost rises greatly and that is very unreasonable for us. So we need to improve the crushing craft, we can adopt two jaw crushers and one cone crusher consisting a production line. Moreover, if the quality of final product size we expect is very high, one impact crusher can be added to shape. The craft with three sections crushers will inevitably lead to a higher investment cost, but for the long-term operation quarry, the producing cost reduces substantially.
